All Sales Are Final (Digital Goods)
Once a digital download is delivered, it cannot be “returned.” Accordingly, standard purchases are non‑refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
We Will Make It Right
- Corrupted/Incorrect Files: We will repair, replace, or reissue access.
- Download Access Issues: If your link expired or failed, we will reissue links.
- Duplicate Orders/Double Charges: Contact us promptly for review and adjustment.
- Accidental Purchase (Not Downloaded): If no files were accessed, we may review case‑by‑case.
How to Request Help

- Attach screenshots or error messages if relevant.
- Allow 1–2 business days for a response. We’ll investigate and reply with next steps.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly by reissuing access or correcting files. Unauthorized sharing or misuse of files may be contested with evidence.
